Entertainment

No matter how production heavy your event is, we have great service providers that can meet your every need.

Party Rentals

Linens, glassware, tables, chairs, etc. We carry a lot of our own equipment and have several preferred providers we can recommend for your party rental needs. We can set up a meeting for you once you book your date to discuss your vision.

Catering

Over 50 different caterers have worked in Fox Venues over the past few years. We are happy to recommend caterers that meet your budget and event needs.

Exclusive In-House Services

Bar and Alcohol Services

We have an in-house team for all your alcohol and bar needs. Our Bar Manager will work with you to create the right bar package for your event.

Engineering

We have highly trained in-house sound and lighting engineers for your production needs. Due to the high value of our sound and lighting equipment, renters must utilize our engineers if our sound and lights are involved in your production. Permission to operate our sound counsel may be given to an experience professional only.

  • Our Box Office is conveniently located next door to the main entrance of the Fox Theatre

Marquee

  • We have two (2) backlit panels, each with 3 lines for a maximum of 28 letters per line
  • 8′ lettering available in black only
  • You can use our Marquee to advertise your event and sponsors.

Lobby

  • This area has wall-to-wall carpeting is approximately 3,700 square feet with a ceiling height of 9′ – 26’6″
  • There is one large fully equipped bar and one food concession stand
  • Women’s and men’s bathrooms, including ADA bathroom
  • A ramp for wheelchair access

Mezzanine

  • Semi-private
  • Two (2) staircases for balcony access
  • Wall-to-wall carpeting, approx. 2,400 sq.ft., ceiling height 6’6″ – 11’4″
  • Two (2) bars and one (1) food concession stand

  • Coat check room, 12′ x 16′, ceiling height 8′, available upon request

Balcony

  • Fixed heater style seating with comfortable velvet lined chairs
  • Carpeting and concrete flooring, approximately 4,400 square feet
  • Maximum seating capacity for this level is 465

Auditorium

  • Convertible floor space for different types of events including theater style seating to banquet style
  • All concrete flooring, carpet runners, approx. 6,000 sq.ft., ceiling height 8’2″ – 46′
  • Orchestra Pit
  • Maximum seating capacity for the overall venue is 1100. The total seating capacity on the ground floor is 635.

Green Room

  • Located directly offstage with separate access for greater security control
  • All concrete flooring, 1,520 square feet, 20′ x 76′, ceiling height 10′
  • Four (4) star dressing rooms, two (2) chorus dressing rooms, all with mirrors and sinks

10” deep steel I-beams that span 26 feet over the entire depth of the stage and wings, spaced every 10’. 1,000lb capacity on center.
