Policies

All patrons must have a ticket to enter theatre regardless of age. Any child under the age of 35 months are charged admission 

No outside food or drink allowed in theatre; this includes water.

All persons or bags are subject to search. 

Some events will require patrons to be searched via a metal detector wand. 

The following is prohibited:

• All forms of tobacco including E-Cigarettes 
• Lighters
• Laser pointers
• GoPros
• Recording devices
• Camera with detachable lens and tripods
• Items deemed as weapons (including pocketknives)
• Pets (Trained service animals or service animals in training with identifiable vests will be allowed, but must remain on leash or harness) 
• We encourage you to report any suspicious activity, disruptive behavior, guest problems to management, staff, security, or the Police Department immediately.  
• Uncooperative patrons showing disregard of the theaters policies, other patrons, staff, or artists will be escorted out of the theatre and not be refunded their ticket purchase.
